Sound has been a source of healing for millennia. It has been utilized in the Aboriginal tribes of Australia, Greece and Egypt. A tool that has received a significant amount of attention due to it's benefits energetically are Crystal singing bowls. They are clear quartz crystals that are resonated with a leather wand by massaging the outer rim of the bowl. Each bowl resonates to the musical tone of each individual's energetic center in the human body. Sound healing creates an internal sense of well-being, balance and a 'washing away' of energies that no longer serve you in the NOW.
