Self Care is not Selfish

Self Care: Why? and How?


Self-care as the term suggests involves ‘SELF’. If You aren’t taken care of, how can you expect to be there FULLY for others when need be? It sounds so simple at times, yet Life can pull the rug out and throw us off balance for minute or so and it’s helpful to know how to re-balance ourselves in order to keep moving forward.

From a ‘'Whole’istic point of view, (as a multi-dimensional being) we are made up of 4 layered energetic bodies. (Spiritual, Mental, Emotional and Physical) Re-balancing begins on the Spiritual level of the individual and radiates inward. If our outward ‘'bodies’ are out of alignment for too long it will begin to show up in the physical body as ‘dis-ease’. As an Energy Medicine Specialist and having worked in the Hospice industry for 9 years, I discovered for myself that creating a ‘personalized 'Care Plan’ became my best step forward in being FULLY in the present with all those that I encountered on a daily basis. Implementation is the key. It creates a sense of ‘'Whole and Complete’. The Care Plan consists of various ways in which we are able to cultivate, nourish and maintain each of our energetic ‘bodies. There may be activities that you feel fall into the same category, and that’s great! Yet, be mindful that all areas are being addressed and when you begin to put it into ACTION, the results are considerably remarkable. 


Many of us here are going through ‘'shifts and changes’ right now..
the Whole World Is.. and when we See how our actions and intentions affect others around us, we must become mindful of the stuff on our side of the fence. When we have come to a point of ‘real-'eyes’-ing how the activities going on around us are a direct reflection of what’s going on inside us, we begin to See how we really are at the Helm with the Divine.. Hand in Hand.. Co-creating our lives. 


I’m sharing this with you all, because I sense a strong shift on the Horizon over the next 6 months..
